• MAP--MITP--MAI-10V

The MAI-VIN interface module is designed to convert a 0-5V or 0-10V linear signal to a 0-20mA signal capable of driving phase angle fired power controllers. The MAIVIN- A interface module is designed to convert a 0-5V or 0-10V pulsed signal to a “smooth” 4-20mA signal capable of driving phase angle fired power controllers.

NOTE: Set temperature controller to fastest time proportioning and no filtering or averaging.

  • MAP

The MAI-MAP interface module is designed to convert a variety of input signal types (including 0-20mA, DC voltage, 135 ohm thermostat and 100-1000 ohm potentiometer) to a 0-20mA (4-20mA, potentiometer input) signal capable of driving up to 1000 ohms (20V max. output). The MAI/MAP may be used as a voltage amplifier for driving multiple power controls. The MAP interface comes standard with a 500 ohm potentiometer w/ two feet of wire, 0-100% dial and knob for panel mounting.

  • MAP--MITP--MAI-10V

The MITP interface module is designed to convert a 4-20 mA signal to a fast pulsed 4VDC signal capable of driving up to two Solid State Relays (SSR’s) and features a 63-100% output limit adjustment. The MITP is designed to mount directly on the input terminals of a standard Solid State Relay and is self powered eliminating the need for an external power supply and additional wiring.

The MTP interface module is designed to convert a variety of input signal types (including 0-20 mA, DC voltage, 135 ohm thermostat and 100-1000 ohm potentiometer) to a fast pulsed 20VDC signal capable of driving one or many Solid State Relays (SSR’s). The MTP also features a 63-100% output limit adjustment. The MTP interface comes standard with a 500 ohm potentiometer w/ two feet of wire, 0-100% dial and knob for panel mounting.
